One worldwide, searchable, always-current map of eruv status.
An eruv is a local, often volunteer-run boundary that enables carrying on Shabbat within its perimeter. Its status — up, down, or under repair — is usually announced by the local eruv committee through whatever channel they already use: a website, a weekly PDF, a hotline, a WhatsApp broadcast.
There's no single worldwide authority for eruv status. EiruvMap doesn't try to become one — it aggregates each eruv's status from its own existing committee source into a single map and search, and always shows where a status came from and when it was last confirmed. The committee's own page stays the source of truth.
EiruvMap is an iOS app. Installation details are coming soon.
